Iran and Israel exchange attacks against Tel Aviv and Tehran on the sixth day of confrontations

According to the IDF, the Iranians launched 25 missiles and, in turn, Israel attacked locations near Tehran.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) announced early Wednesday morning the detection of several missiles launched from Iranian territory, while also launching attacks against Tehran on the sixth day of exchanges between the two countries.

“The Forces have identified the recent missile launch from Iran towards the territory of the State of Israel. Defense systems are working to intercept the threat. You must enter the protected areas upon receiving the alert and stay there until further notice,” they warned on their social media account X, before authorizing the population to leave their shelters.

The Israeli Army spread this message after activating alerts in several areas of the country past midnight.

According to The Times of Israel, Iran launched up to 25 missiles in two waves, one of which caused a fire in a parking lot in the center of the country, although no casualties have been reported so far.

Israel attacks Iran’s military structure

On the other hand, the Israeli Armed Forces carried out several attacks against the Iranian capital, Tehran, announced shortly after their Arabic spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, ordered the evacuation of its residents because “in the coming hours” the Israeli army will attack “the military infrastructure of the Iranian regime.”

“Citizens of Iran, for your safety, we ask that you evacuate the designated area in sector 18 of the map. Your presence in this zone puts your lives at risk,” declared X on their account.

According to The Times of Israel, Iranian news websites also reported explosions at the missile production facility in Khojir and in the city of Karaj, where Israel had previously attacked a centrifuge factory. Both locations are near Tehran.
