LeBron James confirms that he is in Puerto Rico to see Bad Bunny in concert

LeBron James confirmed that he will attend Bad Bunny's historic musical residency "No Me Quiero Ir De Aquí."

The NBA superstar and player for the Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron James, confirmed on Thursday that he is in Puerto Rico to attend one of Bad Bunny’s concerts.

It was through his X account (formerly known as Twitter) that the basketball star shared his enthusiasm for visiting the historic residence of the Puerto Rican rapper.

“Benito! I’m at Los Angeles airport right now, I’m going to see you! I found out about what you have planned for tomorrow night. LFG! (Let’s Fucking Go)”, James wrote on social media.

LeBron’s presence on the island has generated great excitement among sports and music fans, who hope to see him enjoying the show or even sharing moments on stage with the Vegabajeño.

Precisely, on Tuesday a video of the basketball player getting off a private plane and entering a vehicle somewhere in the archipelago went viral, although the location has not been confirmed.

However, this is not the first time the athlete visits Puerto Rico, as he has spent several summers on the Caribbean island.

In 2023, LeBron was present at a final game of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN) between the Vaqueros de Bayamón and the Gigantes de Carolina at the Coliseo Rubén Rodríguez.

Similarly, in 2022, he had the opportunity to train at the Coliseum of Puerto Rico, José Miguel Agrelot (Choliseo).

In 2021, James also posted a photo from the Island, in a house in Dorado, hanging out with none other than Bad Bunny.

The historic music residence “I Don’t Want to Leave Here” starts tomorrow, Friday, and will last until September 14th.
