During a live interview, the influencer reacted to the situation with her characteristic frankness, acknowledging that she has more personal files on her phone and that she is not ashamed of what may be leaked.

“Of course, I know who it is, but you see that one has in their gallery photos, videos, I am naughty, and you already know that I have always talked about it all my life, I like it, I record myself with one and with another, that’s how it goes."
“They violate your privacy, but you know I’m not ashamed at all. If they see me out there or do something with that, then enjoy it. I have no miseries to show, I show good things,” revealed Wendy Guevara.
Leakage, theft, and warning
The original leak occurred after her cell phone was stolen during a robbery, an event that was also documented by the content creator. The first video was posted directly from her official Instagram account, indicating that the device was still compromised.
Although initially Wendy stated she did not want to emotionally drain herself with complaints, she has now reversed course and announced that she will take legal action against whoever is responsible, under the protection of the Olimpia Law.
What does the Olympic Law say?
In Mexico City, the Olimpia Law contemplates penalties of up to six years of imprisonment and fines of over 100,000 pesos (some $5,300) for those who share intimate content without authorization.
In addition, the law also punishes those who replicate, share, or even store unauthorized material.
