Ozzy Osbourne, rock legend and unmistakable voice of Black Sabbath, died on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at the age of 76. The news was confirmed by his family through a statement, where they assured that the musician passed away “surrounded by love,” without providing details about the cause of his death.

So far, it has not been officially revealed what Ozzy Osbourne died from. The only confirmed information is that his health had been very deteriorated in recent years. In 2020, he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, in addition to facing complications from a fall in 2019 that caused severe damage to his spine.

It is also known that he suffered from infections, pneumonia, and physical limitations that kept him away from the stage for long periods. However, none of these conditions have been identified as the direct cause of his death.
