Main Street U.S.A. is now shining with a new light after Disney premiered on Saturday, July 20th the nighttime parade “Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away,” a production that promises to delight visitors of all ages at Magic Kingdom park in Florida.

Inspired by the power of dreams and wishes, the nighttime show comes to life thanks to the magic of the Blue Fairy, who guides an illuminated journey featuring iconic characters from Walt Disney Animation Studios and Disney Pixar. From classics like Snow White and Aladdin to new figures like Asha and the Madrigal Family, the parade marks the first appearance of many of them in a Disney Live Entertainment nighttime show.

The musical experience focuses on an original song, combined with classic themes from animated movies, while floats dazzle with ribbons of light, special effects, and synchronized choreographies. Among the highlights are Rapunzel and Flynn Rider sailing among lanterns, and Aladdin with Jasmine flying on their magic carpet.
The parade concludes with a float inspired by the historic Main Street Electrical Parade, followed by Mickey and Minnie Mouse, who bid farewell to the show in dazzling outfits, reminding the audience that “we should never stop believing in the power of wishing upon a star.”
In addition to the parade, visitors will be able to purchase themed products and a special limited edition popcorn mix available only at Main Street Confectionery.
