Justin Bieber once again turned his Instagram account into a public diary of feelings and fears. Over the weekend, the 30-year-old singer shared a series of black and white selfies accompanied by reflections that have stirred concern among his nearly 300 million followers.

“I am tired of relationships based on interest. If I have to do something to be loved, that is not love,” he wrote this Sunday, without specifying whether he was referring to friendships, colleagues, or his marriage to model Hailey Bieber. The comment was enough for expressions of alarm to appear in the forums: “Are you sleeping well? It seems like you are posting at all hours of the day,” responded a fan quoted by Page Six.

A torrent of confessions

The posts didn’t stop there. On Saturday, June 7, Bieber posted several images with phrases about work burnout and the demand to perform without rest. “This is how I feel after people tell me there is more work to be done after I have already given everything I have to give,” he pointed out. In another message, he criticized the obsession with success: “We want to make our life a matter of work so strongly... God will always inspire you to want to work harder.”

The singer also addressed his battle with mental health and mentioned drugs when sharing the response of an artificial intelligence about the use of ketamine to regulate emotions. The AI warned about its possible misuse and associated risks.

Love, loyalty, and a call to question duty

Days before, on June 3rd, Bieber surprised his followers by criticizing the concept of loyalty as an emotional bond. “Loyalty is a duty, it is an obligation. That is not free will... Love over loyalty forever,” he wrote.

Despite the wave of speculation about a possible marital crisis, the singer of Sorry recently posted a screenshot of a video call with his wife with the caption: “That is a man who LOVES his wife.”

Background of tension

This is not the first time that the Canadian’s activity on social media has sparked debate. On May 21st, he tried to celebrate Hailey being on the cover of Vogue, but ended up apologizing: “Forgive me for saying that you would never be on the cover of Vogue.” The episode reignited rumors of internal conflicts.

For now, Hailey Bieber has not publicly commented on her husband’s latest reflections.
