Daniel Craig surprises with new look for the sequel to “Knives Out”

The renowned actor Daniel Craig has left his fans amazed by revealing a new and striking hairstyle in the first image of the highly anticipated sequel to “Knives Out”.


The photograph was shared by director Rian Johnson on his social media to celebrate the start of filming of "Wake Up Dead Man," the third installment of the successful mystery franchise expected to premiere in 2025.


In the promotional image, Craig surprised everyone by sporting long hair. The actor, portraying the eccentric Southern detective Benoit Blanc, has opted for a striking and different hairstyle from what we have seen in previous installments.

This new style has generated great expectations among fans, who are eager to discover how this change in appearance can reflect the evolution of the character and the type of mystery they will face in this upcoming installment.


"Wake Up Dead Man" features a cast of prominent actors who join Daniel Craig in this thrilling adventure. Josh O'Connor, Cailee Spaeny, Andrew Scott, Kerry Washington, Glenn Close, Jeremy Renner, Mila Kunis, Daryl McCormack, Josh Brolin, and other talented performers are part of this production.

Rian Johnson has also revealed a brief 45-second teaser that offers some intriguing clues about the story that will unfold in "Wake Up Dead Man."

In the video, reference is made to the two previous films in the franchise, "Knives Out" and "Glass Onion". Craig mentions: "At first, the knives came out. Then, behold, the glass shattered. But my most dangerous case yet is about to be revealed."

This film will be distributed by Netflix as part of Rian's deal with the streaming giant. Although the first installment of "Knives Out" had a successful run in theaters, Netflix chose to release the second movie in the franchise directly on its platform, achieving favorable results.

However, it has not yet been confirmed whether “Wake Up Dead Man” will have a wider theatrical release.
